Shipping&Returns

We offer fast shipping to worldwide. Generally delivery time is about 5-7 business days. Orders will be shipped out within 48hours, once your order has been shipped, our customer service will send mail with tracking numbers to you. If you didn’t get any info’s about your order, please feel free contact our customer service. We will check it.
Orders may be delayed for reasons:
1.”Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same.
2. Product current is out of stock.
3. Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
Return and Exchange Policy
As a wholesaler and retailer, it’s our business to maintain long time business relationship with clients.
Hope you can understand that we only accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged items
3. Dissatisfaction (see details)
About “Dissatisfaction”, we allow change size or exchange other style within 3days, please don’t forget to send us your name and order ID when you want to exchange different size or color. if the other item price is higher, you need to pay the extra fee and also have to pay restocking fee, shipping fee by western union payment. If return item, shipping costs ($20), restocking fee and a 15% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
Cancel Order Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 6 hours, before item don’t delivery. So sorry that we can’t cancel order when ship them out. Thank you for your understand. If you insist to cancel your order, please observe our return policy. 30% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
Attention:
1. All exchange or return products, must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. You must contact us customer service within 3days when you receive your item.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to be returned to we. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. You will receive an additional email once your return has been processed.  If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 business day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.

If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow an additional 72 hours for all your returns to be completed.

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 28 days of the parcel being delivered to you, provided:

  • the items are unworn and unwashed
  • if shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear
  • the items have all Missguided tags attached
  • you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than:

  • 28 days after the day we receive items back from you; or
  • (If earlier) 28 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
  • If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email our Customer Care Team with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you.

USA

For all US returns, please follow the quick and easy steps below;

  • On your delivery note, tick next to the item(s) you wish to return. Please tell us the reason you’re returning using the reasons codes displayed.
  • Enclose your delivery note with the item(s) and package up securely. Please use the original packaging if possible.
  • Please be aware that if you choose to return your parcel using this service, the returns costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

CANADA

For all Canada returns, please follow the quick and easy steps below;

  • On your delivery note, tick next to the item(s) you wish to return. Please tell us the reason you’re returning using the reasons codes displayed.
  • Enclose your delivery note with the item(s) and package up securely. Please use the original packaging if possible.
  • Please be aware that if you choose to return your parcel using this service, the returns costs are to be paid by the customer.
